Local notepad mode
Your notes live only in this browser — no account, no sync, no backup, and no encryption at rest. On iPhone, Safari may erase them after about a week without a visit. To keep them safe: Settings → Export file, or connect this app to your own hub.

How long should this hub save up changes for a device that's been away?

Tidy — Best when you use all your devices often. If one hasn't checked in for 2 weeks, it catches up by getting a complete fresh copy of your notes instead. (Holds up to 4 MB of waiting changes per device.)
Balanced — recommended — Right for almost everyone. A device that stays away over a month gets a complete fresh copy when it returns. (Holds up to 8 MB of waiting changes per device.)
Patient — Best if you have a device you rarely open, like a tablet in a drawer. This hub saves up changes for it for up to 2 months. (Holds up to 16 MB of waiting changes per device.)
No choice here can lose your notes. A device that stays away too long simply gets a complete fresh copy from one of your other devices.
